Socrates

Socrates is my attempt at an operating system for thinking. You feed it something worth understanding, a lecture on YouTube or a text you paste in, and it turns that into structured dossiers you can actually work with, organized by category rather than by the order you happened to encounter things in.

From there it becomes a sparring partner: nine different debate modes for attacking a position from several directions, spaced revision so that what you understood does not quietly evaporate, correction of handwritten work from a photo, and timed exams graded out of twenty, because a number you cannot argue with is sometimes the most honest feedback available.

It runs locally, keeps everything in SQLite, and keeps growing, since the bar I set for it is to have changed the way I think for at least a year.
